Terms and Conditions for Soccer Inflatables Rental
1. Definitions
Provider: The company or individual offering the soccer inflatables for rent.
Customer: The individual or entity renting the soccer inflatables.
Inflatables: All inflatable soccer-related equipment, including but not limited to goals, pitches, and obstacle courses.

2. Rental Period
The rental period begins at the time the inflatables are delivered and ends when they are picked up by the provider.
Extensions to the rental period must be agreed upon in writing and may incur additional charges.


3. Payment Terms
A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking. Full payment is due 7 days before the rental period begins.
Acceptable payment methods include bank transfers and or cash.
Late payments may incur additional charges as specified by the provider.

4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least 2 weeks before the rental date will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 14 days of your event will forfeit the deposit.
No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 3 days before the rental date.

5. Delivery and Setup

The provider will deliver and set up the inflatables at agreed location. The customer must ensure the setup area is clean, flat and free of obstructions. The customer is responsible for any permits or permissions required for setup.

6. Usage Guidelines

Inflatables should only be used by individuals within the specified age and weight limits. No food, drinks, sharp objects or pets allowed on the inflatables. The customer must ensure adult supervision at all times when the inflatables are in use. Inflatables should not be used in inclement weather, including high winds and rain.

7. Safety and Liability

The customer is responsible for ensuring the safe use of the inflatables. The provider is not liable for any injuries or damages resulting from the use of the inflatables. The customer agrees to indemnify and hold the provider harmless of any claims arising from the use of the inflatables.

8. Damage and Cleaning

The customer is responsible for any damage to the inflatables occurring during the rental period. A cleaning fee may be charged if the inflatables are returned excessively dirty. The customer should report any damage to the provider immediately.

9. Insurance

The provider carries liability insurance for the inflatables. The customer is encouraged to obtain additional insurance if necessary.

10. Governing law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of NSW Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of NSW Australia.

11. Force Majeure

The provider is not liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or governmental actions.

12. Amendments

The provider reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any amendments will be communicated to the customer in writing.

13. Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the provider and the customer and supersede any prior or understandings.
